Welcome to the world of Kindergarten! I believe that a positive experience in kindergarten is the foundation for many years of academic and social success. Our school district’s mission statement is “Creating Our Future One Student at a Time”. I plan to play an instrumental role in your child’s future. My goal is to be an effective teacher to ensure your child’s success in my classroom.
I studied Early Childhood Education at St. Cloud State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 2000. I began my teaching career teaching preschool at a private school in Eagan. I moved to Little Falls in 2003 and taught for 4 years at TCC- Head Start. In 2007 I was fortunate to begin teaching kindergarten at Lindbergh. Teaching this age group is my passion. I received my Master's of Arts in Education from the University of St. Mary's in 2011.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my husband Eric and my two girls, Joslyn and Paige. As a family we enjoy camping and bow hunting. I enjoy reading and spending time with my friends and family!
